Aldford House is a lovely Edwardian house with dramatic Estuary and sea views that offers generous and comfortable family accommodation for 6 – 8 people.

Comprising three double bedrooms (one with twin beds) and one additional room with generous bunk beds, the house has two family bathrooms and a spacious living area with sitting and dining accommodation for all guests that includes a flat screen television/DVD player and iPod dock. A well equipped kitchen offers excellent cooking facilities and a dishwasher, and to the rear of the property there is a sun/play room with a wall mounted flat screen TV. This conservatory opens onto a small patio garden with barbecue facilities. The outhouse provides a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Generally considered one of the best larger rental properties in Fowey this house has been owned by Nigel and Elizabeth Wagstaff for a number of years and is used by their children and grand-children, however there is limited availability on offer to guests.

Weekly rates only. There is no availability between December 15th to 1st March

£850 a week. July and August £1200 a week.
Includes midweek refreshment of linen and small clean of kitchen and bathroom.

A small well behaved dog is welcomed by prior arrangement for a small additional charge.

Change over day is Saturday.
