Luxury Apartments

Ashley House has recently been upgraded to provide two luxury self-catering apartments. Fitted to the highest standards, the apartments are a perfect base from which to explore the beautiful countryside around Fowey.

 

  • Essential provisions (milk / tea / coffee / bread / butter) are provided; additional groceries can be obtained in advance upon request (provided at cost).
  • Change over day is Friday.
  • A small well behaved dog is welcomed by prior arrangement for a small additional charge.
  • Available for letting between 1st March and 15th December.
  • These are No Smoking apartments.
  • Neither of the apartments are suitable for children but babies under 12 months can be accommodated and a cot can be provided.

 



Apartment 1 – Ground Floor


Apartment 1 has one en-suite double bedroom, fabulous hand built ‘Landmark’ kitchen with integral dish washer and washing machine and a comfortable and luxurious sitting area with a flame effect fire, a flat screen free-view television, iPod dock, and wi-fi connectivity.

Rates:
Minimum 3 day stay £300.

Additional days at £100 a day.

7 night stay £650

Includes midweek refreshment of linen and small clean of kitchen and bathroom.

Weekly rentals only during July and August at £750 per week.

 

Apartment 2 – 1st floor


With its own entrance and small patio garden Apartment 2 has two double bedrooms (one with twin beds) both with en-suite luxury shower rooms. A generous living area with a flame effect fire includes a flat screen free-view television, an iPod dock and wi-fi connectivity, and incorporates a fabulous hand built ‘Landmark’ kitchen to the side that includes an integral washing machine and dishwasher. It also benefits from lovely views over the estuary.

Rates:

Minimum 3 day stay £350 for one room occupancy/ £450 for two room occupancy.

Additional days £100/ £125 a day.

7 nights stay £700/£850

Includes midweek refreshment of linen and small clean of kitchen and bathrooms.
