The rates are as advertised on the web site at the time of booking.

Please note a minimum stay of 2 nights is required for a booking commencing on either a Friday or Saturday.

Upon booking a deposit of 50% of your stay will be taken unless the booking is within one month of your stay when 100% is payable. The balance is payable at the beginning of your stay by credit card or cash.

We accept credit / debit cards (Mastercard, Visa and Amex).

Cancellation should be made by phone and confirmed in writing.

If cancellation is made prior to 14 days before commencement of the booking the deposit will be refunded.

If cancellation is made 7-14 days 75%  of the deposit will be charged.

If cancellation is made 1-7  days before the commencement of the booking the deposit is non returnable.

Bishop’s House is closed from September 30th until Easter the following year

Guests are welcomed from 4pm on the day of arrival.

Guests are expected to vacate their suites by 10.30 am on the day of departure.

Regretfully, no pets are allowed.

A No Smoking policy exists through out Fowey Residences.

Ashley House Apartments and Aldford House

The rates are as advertised on the website at the time of booking.

Upon booking a 50% deposit is required by cheque or directly into the Fowey Residences account.

The remainder is payable one month before your chosen holiday dates together with a refundable deposit of £150.

If cancellation is made before 28 days of the commencement of your stay the deposit is refundable.

Between 28 days and 14 days of the commencement of the holiday all monies will be returnable less 25%.

If less than 14 days any refund is any refunds are dependent on the reason for cancellation and at the discretion of Fowey Residences

The deposit will be refunded  within a week of the end of your stay by bank transfer. Should there be damage to the property or its contents an appropriate charge will be made.

Ashley House and Aldford House are closed from December 15th to the 1st March.

For weekly rentals change over day is Friday in Ashley House Apartments and Saturday in Aldford House

Arrivals are from 4pm.

On day of departure Guests are requested to vacate the Apartments / Aldford House  by 10.30 am

A no smoking policy exists throughout Fowey Residences.

Babies under 12 months are welcome in both apartments and a cot can be provided.

Small well behaved dogs are also allowed with prior agreement for an additional charge of £50 whatever the length of the stay.
